The Look
(capsule), set inside the intimate, soothing and
well-worn walls of the Angel Orensanz Center, will be easy on the eyes,
comfortable and encourage exploration of its balconies and nooks. With
only 50 of the market's best brands, navigation will be easy. Bigger
budget brands and small upstarts will sit side by side. There will be
no multi-level booths with cheap banners and no gimmicky presentations.
In fact, there won't be any booths at all. Just garment racks. The
focus will be where it should be: on the product.
The Sounds
Music is an integral part of (capsule) participants' lives. From
Fela Kuti to Serge Gainsbourg, The Shins to Sizzla, music plays a major
part in creative thinking and our culture. The (capsule) play list will be a background soundtrack that's as excitingly diverse as our brands. It's all in the mix.
The Taste
We've all got to eat. As choosy as (capsule) participants are
about our hair, our homes, our clothes and our music, we're equally
choosy about what we put in our bodies. Taste is one more sense to be
satisfied. No institutional food here. Just good, wholesome, fun, fresh
fare.
