The second installment of (capsule) will take place on January 22nd and 23rd, 2008 in the heart of New York City's Lower East Side. A carefully curated group of the world's most directional designers will exhibit inside the historic Angel Orensanz Foundation center (www.orensanz.org), the neo-gothic structure originally built as a synagogue in 1849 by Berlin based architect Alexander Seltzer. Inspired by the German romantic movement of Heinrich Heine and Beethoven, the building has served as an anchor for the arts in New York City since 1992 when it was converted to an event and performance space. With its balconies, vaulted ceilings, stained glass work, earthy wood, majestic altar and inimitable old world style, the Angel Orensanz center offers a beautiful and incomparable setting for (capsule).

Located just off of Houston Street at 172 Norfolk Street, the Orensanz Center is easily accessible by train (F, V to 2nd Ave or F, J, M,Z to Essex/Delancey). The premium Lower East Side location allows visitors to (capsule) easy access to downtown's most progressive retail concept shops, delicious restaurants and exclusive nightlife venues
